Hi Anvit,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. I'm excited to see that you have an upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation scheduled! Let's work through the details so you're ready to "say cheese" during your EPCOT adventures.
If you've already purchased
Memory Maker and were logged into your My Disney Experience account when completing the transaction, it's likely already linked to your account. You can confirm this in the
My Disney Experience app by clicking the feature menu (☰) at the bottom right, then selecting "My Tickets & Passes." Your tickets and Memory Maker purchase should be visible there, but you can link them manually if they don't already appear.
To do so, click the "+" at the top of the screen and select the option to "Link Tickets & Passes." Click "Type ID" and then enter the ID Number for your ticket or Memory Maker purchase. Once you arrive and begin snapping photos with PhotoPass photographers around the parks, you can view your pictures in the app. Navigate back to the (☰) menu, then scroll down to "Photo Gallery" under the Disney PhotoPass heading. You may also see a red dot in the notification section of the app if your first image captured was an
attraction photo.
You might notice that your photos have a watermark when you initially view them, but this is easy to correct. Simply click on one of the watermarked images and follow the prompts to activate your Memory Maker purchase, then download and share as you like. I usually download one or two of my favorite photos of the day to my phone, but I'll wait till I return home to download all the images captured from the
Disney PhotoPass website. If you end up with a lot of pictures from your visit, this is a quick way to save everything at once, without having to download each individual image one at a time. If you go this route, click the check mark in the top right corner of an image from your computer, then click the box to "select all visible media" when it appears at the top right of your screen.
Anvit, if you have any trouble accessing your photos once you arrive, visit the
Guest Experience Team stationed under blue umbrellas around the parks. They have helped me with technical glitches on a few occasions and should be able to confirm your purchase. Be sure to also check out all the exciting offerings this weekend as part of the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. I'll be visiting as well and can't wait to take in the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series with my theatre-loving daughter.
Please come back and see us with more questions as you count down to your visit.
Magic and memories,
Amy
