Hello, Jennifer!
Thanks for hopping over to planDisney today. I'm sorry to hear that your
Lightning Lane Passes have somehow disappeared through the looking glass. Oh, dear! Technology can certainly be “curiouser and curiouser” sometimes, but I'm happy to be your guide. We don't want you to be late for any important dates at
Walt Disney World Resort, so let's follow the White Rabbit and troubleshoot without delay!
First, I'd recommend closing and restarting your
My Disney Experience app. You might also want to head to your phone's app store and see if an update is available. If you've done this and find that your pre-scheduled arrival windows still aren't displayed when you click the feature menu (☰) at the bottom right of your app and then the tile for Lightning Lane Passes at the top right, please don't shout, "Off with their heads!" I have another workaround to suggest.
As you made your Lightning Lane Pass purchases, you should have received an email receipt for each transaction. These emails confirm the date and type of pass you purchased and include a confirmation number. My most recent pass purchase email came from the sender "Walt Disney World Reservations." Once you've located that information, reach out to the
App and MagicBand Support by phone for further assistance.
If you're already on-site and headed to the parks, you can visit the
Guest Experience Team stationed under blue umbrellas. They should be able to pull up your My Disney Experience account and review any linked passes, even if they keep playing a disappearing act like the Cheshire Cat.
I know this has probably added a bit of unnecessary stress to your visit, but I'm hopeful you can get things cleared up quickly. If you need further assistance at any point during your visit, feel free to write us again, reach out to a Cast Member on-site, or use the
live chat option in your My Disney Experience app. No need to go mad trying to figure it all out on your own. I'll be painting the roses red till then!
Wishing you a magical visit,
Amy
