Each
Lightning Lane selection is assigned to an individual Guest’s profile in
My Disney Experience, so you’ll need to tap in separately for each person. However, if
you want to be the one to tap for everyone, you can! Just follow the instructions to set up
Disney MagicMobile passes for each member of your travel party. When you arrive at the Lightning Lane entrance, tap your phone for the first person, swipe to the next Disney MagicMobile pass, tap again, and repeat until everyone’s pass has been redeemed. And just like that, no worries as you head into the Lightning Lane!
Of course, if you find it easier, you can typically ask for physical ticket cards at a
Guest Relations location at one of the theme parks, and everyone can use their own card to tap into Lightning Lane entrances. Then there’s my favorite option: getting everyone a
Disney Band and having them use this nifty little device to tap in. But I’ve seen many moms and dads redeem everyone’s passes using their phones, as well as tap everyone into the theme parks this way, too! Just keep in mind that when entering the theme parks, each Guest will also need to scan their fingerprint after you tap their pass. Whichever method you choose, it’s all part of that "problem-free philosophy!"
