Looking for the live chat I was on it last week, and now can't find it. it was very helpful

Hi there, Jennifer, and welcome to planDisney! You'll arrive for your Walt Disney World Resort adventure soon, so I hope you're ready for a magical vacation. The Disney website and mobile app are invaluable tools for planning your trip, so let's look at ways to utilize them.

When you're online, the live chat box typically pops up on the right side of your screen. Sometimes, the box might appear grayed out; this means all Cast Members are helping other guests. But hang tight because that usually doesn't last more than a few minutes. Once it's blue and clickable, you can begin your conversation with your very own Fairy Godparent!

I've also had the chat option pop up randomly as I'm perusing the Walt Disney World website. So, the more you research and click, the more likely the chat feature will be offered. My tip is to look at some Disney Resort Hotels. That's when an adorable Fairy Godmother sometimes appears onscreen to ask if I'd like help. It's like pixie dust!

Here's the most exciting news: you can chat with a friendly Cast Member on your mobile app! You might see a tile on the Welcome screen asking if you'd like to "Chat With Us," or scroll to the Help & Feedback section and select "Chat With Us" to be connected. I find this especially useful when I'm in the theme parks.

The online chat feature is typically available from 7 AM EST to 11 PM EST, so be sure to look for the opportunity to get help in real-time during those hours. On the mobile app, you can reach out around 6 AM EST to midnight. Fairy Godmothers never rest! You can also give Guest Services a call by selecting the applicable category.

Jennifer, I hope your upcoming visit is full of maple leaves and warm days. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
