Greetings, Ashley, and welcome to planDisney! I love that you're looking to visit the Disneyland Resort soon. Let's talk about tickets.
While I love the idea of uncovering a little extra magic in an old ticket, unfortunately, it's no longer valid for admission, so you wouldn't be able to use it. According to the
Disneyland Resort eTicket terms and conditions, you must use multi-day tickets within 13 days after the first use or by the stated expiration date, whichever comes first. Some tickets have different terms, such as Southern California Resident tickets, which allow for a certain number of visits during a specified validity period. However, a ticket from two years ago would have expired by now.
There is an exception for wholly unused tickets (except special event tickets). If your 3-day ticket, for example, wasn't used at all, you might be able to apply the value toward the purchase of a new theme park ticket of equal or greater value.
Keep an eye on the
special offers page on the website to see if any ticket savings are available.
The Disney Parks Blog and the
Disneyland Instagram account are also good places to stay updated on what's going on at the Happiest Place on Earth.
Ashley, I hope that you'll be able to make your way back to the Disneyland Resort soon. If you'd like to talk with a Cast Member about your specific ticket, feel free to
give the tickets line a call. If you think of any other questions, please reach out. We're always happy to help here at planDisney!
Your pal,
Kriss
