    I purchased 5 annual passes. How do I have my family to have their passes in their apps?

    Welcome to planDisney, Guadalupe!

    We are also Disney Annual Passholders, and we love having the opportunity to spread Walt Disney World Resort visits throughout the year. We particularly enjoy experiencing the unique and delicious festivals at EPCOT each year. We can't wait to sample snacks from around the world at the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival in a few weeks. Let's chat about linking your family to their annual pass. 

    The first step in linking the annual passes to each member of your family is to ensure that everyone has a My Disney Experience account. Second, you will need to connect as Family and Friends on the My Disney Experience website. To add someone, click the "Add a Guest" link at the bottom of your Family and Friends list. Then select "I'll enter their name and age." At this point, if your family member has their own My Disney Experience account, then you will click "Invite this Guest to Connect," and you will be prompted to enter the email that is associated with their My Disney Experience account. They will then receive an email invitation to connect, and once they click "Accept," you will be connected as Family and Friends. 

    Once you are connected, you can begin assigning annual passes. Since you have already purchased the annual passes, you will need to link the annual passes to your account. You will need the confirmation number or ID Number listed on the ticket. During this process, you will then be able to assign each annual pass to an individual listed in your Friends and Family. Once you have assigned each annual pass, your family members should then be able to open their My Disney Experience app and see their pass listed under "Tickets and Passes" in the menu portion of the app. If you have any difficulty during this process, I recommend calling the number dedicated to Annual Passholders that is listed here in the Help Center.
