Hey there, hi there, ho there, Matthew,
You are as welcome as can be here at planDisney! As a fellow Annual Passholder, I know you must look forward to renewing for another year. Being a part of the Passholder family makes every visit to
Walt Disney World Resort even more
magical with all the perks and benefits!
Matthew, when you renew and activate your Pixie Dust Pass, you will need to provide
proper proof of Florida residency. If you renew in person, you will show your proof to the Cast Member at one of the theme park ticket windows or at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. If you renew online or in the
My Disney Experience app, you may have the option to verify your residency online. If that option is not offered, you will be required to show proof of residency in person to activate your pass or to pick up an Annual Passholder card.
I hope you have had the opportunity to visit Walt Disney World during the
Disney100 Celebration! There are special touches, including special merchandise and tasty treats, throughout the resort to help celebrate 100 years of Disney storytelling. And I’m super excited to see what’s beyond the reef at
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana, at EPCOT. It will be opening later this year, so make sure you have that Pixie Pass renewed soon!
I hope this information is helpful to you, Matthew. We are glad you are part of our jamboree and invite you back any time if you have other questions!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
