We have a port time of 2.00 - 2.15. we've done online check in and have booked disabled parking at Southampton dock and wondered what time do we need to get to the port to go through security and bag drop off?

Ahoy, Lisa! Thank you for cruising by planDisney with your question! It sounds like you have a marvelous Belgium cruise holiday planned on the Disney Fantasy. I can already imagine you enjoying those delicious Brussels waffles!

Since you’ve already completed your online check-in and reserved Blue Badge parking close to the Horizon Cruise Terminal, you’re in great shape. I recommend arriving right at your Port Arrival Time window of 2:00–2:15 PM. That’s when you’ll go through security and hand over your luggage, and it helps keep the boarding process smooth for all Guests. With your reserved parking spot, you’ll be just a short distance from the terminal entrance, making things nice and easy. Also, later boarding times normally breeze right on the ship without needing to wait.

Disney Cruise Line has a Guests with Disabilities booklet that’s full of helpful information, including venue access. If you’d like assistance such as a wheelchair for embarkation, it’s best to contact Disney Cruise Line ahead of time so they can have everything ready for your arrival.

One final planDisney tip...keep your travel documents, Port Arrival Form, and any medications with you in your day bag, since your checked luggage will arrive later in your stateroom.

I hope this helps you feel shipshape for your holiday, Lisa! Wishing you a smooth embarkation and a truly magical sailing.

    Sea ya real soon,
    Eean
