Hi Lilibeth! Welcome to planDisney.
I love chatting with a fellow Florida resident! Living in a state with two Disney Cruise Line departure ports is definitely a great perk! I'm happy to reassure you that you have nothing to worry about on your upcoming adventure.
You can request a gallon of distilled water for your CPAP machines, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for both of you. If you haven’t already done this, navigate to your
reservation page and locate the "Special Services" box. Choose "Request Special Services," and on the left side, find the "Medical Equipment" tab to submit your request for distilled water. Additionally, if you need an extension cord, you can
contact Disney Cruise Line in advance to have the request noted on your reservation or speak directly to your stateroom host once on board.
For a hassle-free check-in, I recommend bringing your CPAP machines in your carry-on bag along with your Port Arrival Form,
passports or birth certificates, and any health-related documents. The Chief Electrician may inspect medical equipment to make sure it’s in good shape. But don’t worry; it will be returned to your stateroom once approved.
Lilibeth, I always have the best night's sleep aboard a Disney ship. Whether it's the gentle rocking of the boat, the fresh ocean air, or the fantastic crew taking care of all my needs, there's something truly magical about a Disney Cruise. I hope you end up feeling the same! If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask.
SEAS the adventure!
