When will park hours be listed for September 2023? I see the parks reservation is available. Needing to plan our park days and dining but need the park hours to start the planning process. Please advise. Thanks, Peg

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Peggy!

We are happy to assist in your vacation planning. Peggy, September is a beautiful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! With the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival presented by CORKCICLE® and Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom Park on select evenings, autumn certainly is celebrated with extra pixie dust!

Now, Peggy, let's talk about daily planning for your visit. First, to your question about park hours, the release of daily hours seems to vary a bit, but you can expect to find hours posted between 60-75 days in advance, on average. As a guest, like you, who loves to have a clear plan for each day and a Table Service dining reservation every day, I appreciate wanting to get a head start so let me offer up a few ideas until park hours are released.

First, I would take a look at the information about Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party HERE. Make sure to review the dates and times of the parties as on those nights, you can assume that Magic Kingdom Park will close to regular day guests at 7:00 PM.

Next, since you mentioned dining, I would encourage you to start working on a list of restaurants that whet your appetite! Advanced dining reservations can be booked 60 days in advance of your visit. If you are a Disney Resort Hotel guest, you can make reservations for the length of your trip (up to 10 days) 60 days before your check-in date. Since park hours are often posted close to that 60-day mark, I'll try to come up with daily plans that include a restaurant but wait and assign those plans to the correct day of the week as soon as hours are released.

Finally, as Disney Park Pass reservations are required of all guests, I know that's likely the first step that you're hoping to check off your list. I typically make reservations with my "best guess," knowing that I can modify them later (pending availability) if needed.

Peggy, I hope this helps as you're planning for your upcoming visit. If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to come on back to planDisney where we love helping make wishes come true.
