Mark, you should receive a confirmation email for any type of reservation you make with Walt Disney World Resort. This email is tied to your
My Disney Experience account, as well. Usually, this email comes relatively quickly; for instance, I just made a resort reservation half an honor ago and received my confirmation email within 10 minutes. However, if you've recently made a Resort hotel reservation, it could take up to
24 hours to appear online. Also, sometimes the email hides in other folders, so try checking your Spam and Promotional folders to ensure it hasn't made its way there.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, we could check if your reservation is linked to your My Disney Experience account. To do this, please open up your
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Next, tap the three horizontal lines on the bottom right and select
Future Plans. Any
Resort hotel reservations,
Park Pass reservations, and
dining reservations should be listed here.
If you are still waiting to see your reservation in your My Disney Experience account and have yet to receive an email confirmation, I recommend calling
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and speaking with a friendly Cast Member who can look into your account to help you.
