How can I get one day tickets for Disneyland for October 12,2026 ?

Hi Cath! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

October is a fantastic time to visit the parks with all the spooky fun of the season in full force. I know you'll be in the spirit with the decor, Attraction overlays, Characters in costume, and seasonal entertainment! Don't skip Haunted Mansion Holiday in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park. It's my must-do stop this time of year.

If you haven't yet secured your one-day ticket for your preferred park day, do so as soon as possible, as it is possible for popular days or parks to fill up! You can either call the Tickets phone line to speak with a friendly Cast Member who can assist you in purchasing your ticket, or you can make your purchase online. I'm happy to walk you through how to make that online purchase.

Navigate to the Tickets page. Select "Standard Theme Park Ticket" and "1" day. Next, select the number of tickets you'll need, choosing the correct number of adults and children. The last choice on this page is between "One Park Per Day" and "Park Hopper." If you select one park, you'll be choosing which park you want to visit: Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. A Park Hopper ticket, on the other hand, will allow you to visit both parks with your one-day ticket. My family loves that flexibility!

Next, click "Continue." This brings up the calendar. Click your preferred park day. Prices displayed are per one-day ticket. Prices are subject to change. Select your park. If you have Park Hopper, you'll still be able to visit the other park! The date and park become your Theme Park Reservation, which you currently need in addition to a valid ticket to enter. Scroll down and click "Continue" again.

The final page will ask you about additional options you might want to add to your park day, like parking and Lightning Lane Passes, which allow you to spend less time waiting in queues and more time enjoying the magic of the parks. We find Lightning Lane to be especially useful for a one-day visit, where we want to prioritize experiencing plenty of our favorite Attractions. Your selections will be priced at the bottom of the page, and when you're ready to check out, you can click "Continue" to follow the prompts to complete your transaction.

    I hope this helps!
