Hello, Marco!
Happy birthday to your son! My family loves celebrating our birthdays at Disneyland. Being in the theme parks on the special day is always extra magical!
All Guests who are at least three years old need
theme park tickets and park reservations to enter the parks, even on their birthdays. I'm sorry if that is disappointing news! Fortunately, little Mouseketeers younger than 3 years old don't need tickets at this time. Child tickets are currently available for Guests between 3 to 9 years old, which are typically cheaper than regular tickets.
Earlier this summer, there was a great summer ticket offer for kids, but that has ended. However, Anaheim residents can currently purchase
specially priced tickets that are valid on select dates through October 8, 2026 (subject to availability). If you live in one of the eligible ZIP codes, it's a great deal! These ZIP codes include 92801 through 92809, 92812, 92814 through 92817, 92825, 92850, and 92899, and a valid government-issued photo ID is also needed. Additionally, you can keep an eye on the
Offers & Discounts page for future promotions.
When you arrive in Disneyland Park, stop by City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. to pick up a complimentary
"I'm celebrating" button for your birthday boy! It's a sweet way to let everyone know that it's his special day. You might also want to reserve a birthday meal, such as dining with Mickey and his pals at
Storytellers Cafe in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. You can check for availability on the
Disneyland app or
website.
Marco, I hope your kiddo has the best birthday ever! Feel free to send more questions to planDisney.
Magic Happens!
Jen
