my old phone number keeps auto fill when i charge my credit card for dining and i have to put new contact number in how do i permantly change the number

    Hiya Russell!

Welcome to planDisney! That's so frustrating to have your old phone number auto-fill when making dining reservations. You won't be able to get the text alerts when your table is ready! I loved this feature a lot on my last visit. I was able to check in to my dining reservation while I was walking over right through the My Disney Experience Mobile App and confirm my party along with any special notes about allergies. I then had a chance to park my stroller, sit down, use the bathroom, and wait peacefully knowing that when it was time to be seated I was getting a text. It worked great every time!

It's very easy to fix this! Open your My Disney Experience Mobile App and click on the three stacked lines on the bottom right. Scroll down till you see "My Profile." Then select "Account Settings" which will usually make you log in again. You will see here the option to change your phone number. Click "Done" and you will be asked to verify your phone number. A code will be sent to your phone which you will have to enter into the field provided. You are now set!

I love that every time I visit Walt Disney World Resort there is a new dining location to check out. Roundup Rodeo BBQ is on my list to try out very soon as it just opened this year! I love BBQ food and the Toy Story series is a huge part of my childhood. I may be more excited than my kids.

I hope this helps and you have a delicious time! Happy Planning!

Hey, it's Nimmy from New York! Just like my guy Jiminy Cricket I am your wisecracking and helpful guide to making the best decisions for your Disney vacation! My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
