Hiya Ted!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for your question as I am glad I was here to answer it. This issue is something I recently faced and had a minor panic attack as I thought I lost my reservation. Luckily I figured it out and the relief was palpable.
It's very easy to see the details about an upcoming trip on your
My Disney Experience App. Just click on the three stacked lines on the bottom right and then select "Future Plans." All of your upcoming trips, hotel reservations, dining reservations, and theme park reservations will be shown here. For some reason, it may not show any special events like
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. To confirm that you have a ticket in place for a special event just click again on three stacked lines and click "Tickets and Passes." Swipe right till you see the tickets you are looking for. If for some reason it is not loading properly then close the app and re-open it. Sometimes I have issues if I don't update my app so make sure it is the latest version. As you get closer to your trip you may see details about your trip pop up on your main opening page but it's not as reliable to view as the page I told you.
It would be strange to not see your reservation on the app after you said you linked it. As a final solution, if you don't see your plans where I told you to look I would reach out to the Cast Members at
"My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+."
I see you are arriving on October 29th! Right now, there is still
availability to attend Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on October 29 and November 1, 2023. If you have not purchased tickets already I would suggest you buy them immediately as these events do sell out! This is one of the best events of the year and a lot of fun. With this special event ticket, you can enter Magic Kingdom Park at 4 PM and then enjoy attractions or have a nice dinner before the party officially starts at 7 PM. It's a great event to do on a day you wish to sleep in as this event ends at midnight. You will need all your energy to enjoy it fully!
I hope this helps and you have a wonderful time! Happy Planning!
