Help Center webpage for the specific department you need to speak to or by utilizing the chat feature. To chat with a Cast Member, simply click on the “Chat” button on the right side of the screen when navigating through the
Walt Disney World Resort website. The online chat services are available between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST, while Cast Members are available by phone between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. EST. You may find that the “Chat” button won’t allow you to click on it occasionally. This happens when all available Cast Members are busy assisting other Guests. Just be patient, and it should pop up for you eventually. Another consideration when deciding which method of contact to use is that the Cast Members available via chat may not be able to assist with all of your needs, so you may have to call after all.
