Welcome to planDisney! It sounds like a Walt Disney World vacation is in the works, so let’s get you pointed in the right direction!
You can absolutely book two rooms at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel along with
3-day theme park tickets. There are Resort options at several different price points, so once you browse through all the pixie-dusted categories, locations, and themes, you can start playing around with the best options for your party on the Walt Disney World website. Fair warning: this is how I lose entirely too much time. I start looking at one resort, and suddenly I’m planning a whole dreamy, magical, and imaginary vacation!
One thing you’ll want to plan separately is transportation from the airport. Walt Disney World does not currently provide complimentary transportation between Orlando International Airport and the Disney Resort hotels, but you have several options, including rideshare services, rental cars, and third-party shuttles.
Once you make it to Walt Disney World, though, you can put those car keys away! Disney Resort Guests have access to
complimentary transportation throughout Walt Disney World, including buses and, depending on where you’re headed, boats, the monorail, and a personal fave, the Disney Skyliner. I will happily find any excuse to ride the Skyliner!
