Walt Disney World Resort! While plans for a vacation can be magical, sometimes life takes a not-so-magical turn and they need to be changed. I completely understand and I would love to help you with your next steps, depending on the type of reservation you need to cancel!
If you're asking about
canceling a vacation package (which includes both theme park tickets as well as a stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel), please know that cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your arrival will receive a full refund, cancellations made two to 29 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus the $200 deposit, and cancellations made one day or less prior to arrival is nonrefundable (minus any fees from third-parties). My best tip would be to cancel this vacation package at your earliest convenience or
call a Cast Member for more assistance with your next steps. Again, making this cancellation as early as you're able will be very beneficial!
If you're instead asking how to cancel a
dining reservation or other experience, you can easily do so through your
My Disney Experience account! Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click
My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets until you locate your desired reservation, then click "Cancel Reservation" on the right.
