Hiya, Heidi! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney. We're happy you're here!
It looks like you're planning a magical vacation to
Walt Disney World Resort early next year and I couldn't be more excited for you! However, sometimes our plans shift and change and we need to modify or cancel our trips. I completely understand, and I hope you get to step into the magic again soon!
Since you mentioned that you haven't paid for your theme park tickets in full, I'm guessing you've booked a
vacation package that includes both theme park tickets and a stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. When reserving a vacation package, a $200 deposit is typically paid (price subject to change) with the final payment due 30 days prior to your check-in date. If you decide to
cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival, the amount paid (minus any fees from third parties, for example) will be fully refunded to you! However, if you purchased your theme park tickets separately, you would have likely paid for these tickets in full, and they are
nontransferable and nonrefundable.
Heidi, I hope I was able to point you in the right direction! If you have any other questions, or if you need more assistance with your tickets, I'd recommend
calling a Cast Member in Existing Tickets. They'll take a look at your reservation and help you with any next steps available to you! And if I've misunderstood your question or have any other questions, please write back to us again. We're happy to help!
You've got a friend in me,
Michelle
