Hiya Graham - welcome to planDisney!
Great job holding on to those Theme Park Tickets! A ton of updates have been made that allow Guests to handle many tasks on their own via their My Disney Experience account online or in the app. That being said, when it comes to tickets from the past, it's actually best to get to the bottom of things with a phone call, Graham.
Since you have some time before your visit, you may want to first try emailing the team of Cast Members who investigate older tickets -
you can find instructions here. One caveat is that they're usually only able to provide information about how to use your existing ticket, whereas if you call in you may be able to actually firm up your plans and do things like make Theme Park Reservations or upgrade to a new type of ticket.
That's why I recommend speaking to a Cast Member from the
Existing Tickets line. They specialize in all things ticket-related, will help identify what options you may have, and may be able to help you complete an additional/new ticket purchase if that's necessary. Every ticket has different terms and conditions. For example, your existing ticket may be valid for admission or it may have value that can be applied to a new Theme Park Ticket or Annual Pass. Graham, if you meant to inquire about existing tickets for the Disneyland Resort in California, you can reach out to
a Cast Member from the Tickets line at Disneyland to learn more about how your tickets can be used.
Graham, I'm excited for you to learn what options you have with those tickets you've been holding on to! Before I go, I have to put in a plug for my favorite new attraction. If you're planning to visit
EPCOT during your upcoming vacation, the new
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind rollercoaster is a blast that simply can't be missed!
