Hi Kellianne, and welcome to planDisney! The
PhotoPass ride pictures and videos are some of my family’s favorite Disney souvenirs. We have them in rotation on our digital picture frame at home, and they always bring back memories of our vacations together. So let’s chat about locating your missing photos!
I’ve also had pictures that I couldn’t find in my account, but Hakuna Matata! The PhotoPass team will do their best to track everything down. I usually use the
Disney World Help Center contact form. Here you can select Disney PhotoPass (under Category) and Missing Photos (under Subcategory). This will reveal additional fields to add the date and time the pictures were taken, the location, and the approximate number of missing photos. In the Your Question field, I recommend adding any extra information that’ll help Cast Members find your pictures. For instance, including details on the attraction name and a description of who was in the picture (the number of people, their outfits, etc.). Keep an eye on your email, as a Cast Member may reach out for additional information to help them locate your pictures. Alternatively, you can give the
Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team a call to get immediate assistance.
If you’re heading back home soon, I wanted to point out the
PhotoPass Lenses in the
My Disney Experience app. There are special ones that you can access at Disney World, but you’ll also find some that you can keep playing with after you leave. In the app, go to ☰ in the lower right corner and then PhotoPass Lenses (under Disney PhotoPass). The options may vary for each person, but my favorite is the one with the Mickey ice cream bar!
I’m wishing you a magical rest of your time at Disney World! And if you have any other questions, we’d love to have you back at planDisney.
