thorough answer here on how to link your Memory Maker confirmation number to your account, so my first tip is to double-check his instructions to make sure you tried to link it correctly.
If you followed the steps and are still having an issue, I recommend calling the
Disney PhotoPass Support line as soon as possible. They're the Memory Maker experts and have access to your account to ensure the product is linked. I call them Fairy Godparents in PhotoPass Green Shirts. Which is a mouthful, now that I've typed it!
I added Memory Maker to my annual pass, so I didn't link mine in the same way. But I do know that the product isn't typically activated until you
download your first PhotoPass image. Maybe you're linked and just need to take some pictures!
One of my favorite photo spots at
Magic Kingdom Park is to the left of Cinderella Castle. Look for the walking path that goes up toward the castle, and you should see a photographer about halfway up. This is a great location because there typically aren't other guests visible in the background.
