For the military tickets we add purchasing on base for future dates. Nov 29-Dec 2 it says to book reservations immediately after purchase. Is there a chance park reservations could be sold out for the dates we have chosen?

Hi Jordan, and welcome to planDisney! It’s always a pleasure to be able to help a military family plan a getaway to the Most Magical Place on Earth!

The Disney Military Salute and Disney Celebrates America Military Salute tickets are such amazing offers for service members and their families. The Disney Celebrates America ticket has allowed me to visit Walt Disney World Resort more than ever in 2026! Both of these ticket types do require theme park reservations, but that’s a simple process that you can complete in just a few minutes.

The first step is to link your tickets in your My Disney Experience account by entering the code you’ll find on the tickets. In the My Disney Experience app, click on “My Tickets & Passes.” Then click on the + in the upper righthand corner. Next, click “Link Tickets & Passes.” For your tickets, you’ll want to choose “Type ID” to enter the ticket number.

After you’ve linked your tickets, you’ll be ready to make theme park reservations. Just click on (☰) and scroll down to “Park Reservations.” Theme park reservations can also be made on the Walt Disney World website. You should see “Jordan’s Tickets and Plans” when you log in. You’ll then see "Park Reservations" right below that.

Theme park reservations are limited based upon park capacity, so while not common, they could run out. It's rare for the parks to reach capacity, but this would be more likely on major holidays like Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, or the Fourth of July. While less likely, it's also possible during busy school break weeks like Thanksgiving or spring break. It looks like you'll be arriving right at the end of Thanksgiving weekend, so I would recommend making your park reservations early just to be on the safe side.

Did you know there are also military discounts on Disney resort hotel rooms? I encourage you to check out this special offer and call to speak with a friendly Cast Member to check on availability and pricing. Staying at a Disney resort hotel offers many perks, including Early Theme Park Entry, earlier access to booking Lightning Lane Passes, and the option to add a Disney Dining plan, not to mention the proximity to the parks and all of the magical activities that happen at the resort hotels!

Jordan, I hope this information is helpful and provides some reassurance that magic awaits for you at Walt Disney World Resort! If you have any more questions as you continue to make plans, be sure to get in touch with me. I’m here to help and love adding extra pixie dust to your Disney vacation planning!

    With a salute from Mickey,
    Casey
