Before using the tickets for park entry, you'll also need to have them activated. Once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, you can complete this step at
Guest Relations at any theme park entrance or at the
Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs. The eligible service member (or spouse, when applicable) should be prepared to present a valid military ID during the activation process.
