Wilderness Lodge might be your home away from home during your stay, and what a wonderful choice! I love how this resort feels like a peaceful retreat, while still being just a quick
boat ride away from Magic Kingdom. Catching that first glimpse of Cinderella Castle as you make your way around the bend is pure Disney magic.
If you're hoping to catch
Happily Ever After fireworks from Wilderness Lodge, you're in luck! While you won't have a direct view of the fireworks over Cinderella Castle, there are some lovely spots around the resort where you can enjoy the nighttime spectacular from a more relaxed setting. Two of my favorite places to take in the magic are along the water near
Geyser Point Bar & Grill or near the boat dock overlooking Bay Lake.
Before you head out to enjoy the fireworks, I’d definitely recommend grabbing a little something sweet from
Roaring Fork. A Campfire Cupcake is a fun treat that fits perfectly with the Wilderness Lodge theme, but honestly, you can never go wrong with a classic Mickey Bar. It’s always extra special enjoying a Disney snack while taking in the nighttime views!
