    How do I link a new magic pass to an account that I manage?

    It's great to see you at planDisney again...welcome back! I'm not sure if you're trying to link a MagicBand+ to your My Disney Experience app or connect a theme park ticket, so I'll walk you through both options!

    If you want to link a MagicBand+, here's how to do it: First, make sure the My Disney Experience app is downloaded and up to date on your device. Once you're logged in, tap the menu (the three horizontal lines at the bottom right corner of the screen) and go to "MagicBands & Cards." From there, scroll down and select "Link Your MagicBand or Card." You can then either tap your MagicBand+ to your phone or manually enter the ID number found on the back of your band. If you're connected with Friends & Family within the app, double-check that you're assigning the band to the right Guest in your party. It's important to note that once a MagicBand is linked, it cannot be reassigned. If you run into any hiccups along the way, I recommend reaching out directly to My Disney Experience and MagicBands, where a Cast Member will be more than happy to assist you.

    Now, if you're hoping to link your theme park tickets to your account, you can do so in a couple of different ways. The first option is to use your My Disney Experience app. Simply open the app and tap the menu icon. From there, select "My Tickets & Passes," then tap the "+" symbol in the top-right corner and choose "Link Tickets & Passes." Follow the on-screen prompts, and make sure you select the correct person from your Family & Friends List to link the ticket.

    The second option is to use your My Disney Experience account online. After logging in, hover over "Park Tickets" and select "Link Tickets." Follow the prompts, and be sure to choose the right Guest from your Family & Friends List so the ticket is linked to the correct person. If you run into any trouble during the process, don't hesitate to reach out to a Disney Cast Member for assistance.
