Hello there, Joel!
Like you, I just placed a placeholder reservation after setting sail aboard a
Marvel Day at Sea-themed cruise. After journeying through the Marvel Universe, my family couldn’t help but start looking to our next Disney Cruise Line vacation.
You can find your placeholder reservation in a few different ways. I’d be happy to use my spidey senses to guide you through the process of finding your hold. First, you should have received an email confirmation from Disney Cruise Line with your reservation hold confirmation number. The email typically has the following subject line: “DCL Onboard Booking Confirmation for [Confirmation Number] - [Your name].”
If you can’t find that email, you’ll need to
speak with a friendly Disney Cruise Line crew member over the phone to convert your placeholder into a reservation. I always like to call early in the morning when the phone lines first open up for a shorter wait time (8:00 a.m. eastern time Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday).
Alternatively, if you already made a reservation for a specific cruise, you can find your reservation through the
Disney Cruise Line website. Once you log in, select “Already Booked” and toggle to “My Reservations.” Your reservation can be found there, and you’ll be able to make your payment on the website.
Joel, I don’t know about you, but I’m going to wait to book my next cruise until I hear all of the latest details about the
new Disney Treasure on September 5, 2023.
Let us know if you need any other assistance.
May the magic be with you!Melanie
