Hiya, Tamera!
Welcome to planDisney. Thank you so much for stopping by with your question today. Tamera, staying in the magic at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel is one of my favorite parts of a Disney vacation. As I like to say, Disney is an experience, not just a destination. When you stay at a Disney Resort Hotel, you are immersing yourself in the magic from morning until night.
The Disney Resort Hotels are all uniquely themed, which is just one of the many benefits of staying on property. In addition to being transported to a whole new world, you also have access to early theme park entry as a Guest of a Disney Resort Hotel, complimentary onsite transportation throughout the Resort, and the opportunity to book
Advance Dining Reservations and
Enchanting Extras experiences, like
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservations, beginning
60 days out from your check-in date for the entirety of your stay for up to10 days. You can check this list to see if you are staying at one of the
Disney Resort Collection hotels. Additionally,
certain benefits are also available to Guests of Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels. If you are staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel, check out fellow panelist
Jennifer B's answer on what benefits are and aren't available to Guests of these resorts.
Typically, if your
Disney Resort Hotel is linked to your My Disney Experience account, you should be able to make your booking beginning 60 days out from your check-in date for a stay of up to 10 days. If you have trouble, double-check that your Resort is linked to your account. If you are not staying at a Disney Resort Collection hotel but are staying at Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, or Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, I learned from Sal in Guest Services that you can also make your dining and Enchanting Extras Reservations beginning 60 days out for the length of stay for up to 10 days. For other Resorts, I recommend calling or chatting with Guest Services to confirm which benefits may apply.
I hope this helps you, Tamera. If you have any further Disney planning questions, stop back here because you've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon!
Keri
