I'm a tech nerd, but I'm certainly no IT support specialist! We don't have access to any account information, so I can't see what's going with your daughter's account, but here are some suggestions.
I'm sorry that your child is having issues accessing the
Disneyland Mobile App and the Disney website. Sometimes, Stitch has been notorious for causing glitches in the system and you simply need to wait it out for the Disney tech wizards to sort things out behind the scenes.
If that didn't work for you, then try opening a new incognito or private window to make sure it isn't an issue with your network. Are you able to log in to your own
MyDisney account? I know for a fact that my daughter has had a MyDisney account ever since she was 14 and has been having a blast managing her Park Days through the Disneyland Mobile App, so I know it should work. Tech support will probably have you clear your cache and cookies before attempting to log in again with your daughter's account.
If you still aren't able to get it to work, I would recommend calling the
Website Support phone line to have a friendly Cast Member technician help you out. They can look at the account through the back end and see if there's anything they can do. My account once had a tech issue and they were extremely helpful in getting it working again!
