Yes, I have seen celebration buttons onboard Disney Cruise ships. While the designs and availability may vary, it's a great idea to stop by the Guest Services Desk (Deck 4, Midship on the Wish) shortly after boarding to see what they can offer you. A celebration pin is the perfect way to commemorate your first afternoon onboard.
Once you arrive at the port and check in to your Disney Cruise, see if you can log into the DCL Wifi while waiting in the terminal to board and open the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Once you do, you can scroll through the Daily Activity Schedule to see everything that is planned for your time aboard the Wish. If you see something that is listed that you want to be reminded about, click the heart icon next to the listing, and be sure you have enabled notifications from the Navigator app. A notification will be sent for any activity that you have "favorited" in this way about 15 minutes before it begins.
