the beautiful Disney Wish just two short days away. That’s when the excitement really starts to build and every little detail suddenly feels important!
My crew and I just got off the Wish yesterday, and funny enough, the height of the storage area under the bed was something I was curious about too. The good news is there is typically plenty of room for your luggage. The clearance is approximately 13 inches, and our suitcases, which are about 11.5 inches thick, slid right under with room to spare. It felt like they disappeared as smoothly as Baymax gliding into action to help Hiro. If you happen to have a suitcase that is a little thicker and doesn’t quite fit, you can absolutely store it in the closet. I know that takes up some valuable storage space, but it’s a great backup option if needed.
There is so much to love on the Wish, and I highly recommend the Broadway-style shows.
Disney’s Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular was offered on our sea day and was easily my favorite. Genie had the whole theater laughing from start to finish. If it’s offered on your sailing, I definitely recommend catching the matinee showing around 2:00 PM, times can vary. The last full day onboard can get pretty busy, and going earlier frees up your evening so you can pack before or after dinner at a relaxed pace without missing out on anything.
