    Invalid ticket number

    Hi Kristin,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney. It sounds like you might be trying to link theme park tickets to your MyDisney Account. If so, I'm happy to help.

If you purchased your tickets online, they may already be linked. You can confirm this by signing in here and clicking the "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker" link below the My Plans, Reservations and Tickets header. You can also check on the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Navigate to the feature menu (≡) at the bottom right and then click the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. If your ticket details do not appear here you can link them to your account.

Depending on where you purchased your tickets and the specific ticket type you selected, there are a few different ID number options. I recommend reviewing the sample ticket photos on this page to see whether you need to input a 12-digit or 17-digit ID number, or a Ticket Order Number. If you are still unable to determine which number to enter I recommend contacting a Cast Member by phone for further assistance. They should be able to help you locate the necessary information and direct you to link everything to your account.

Once your tickets are properly linked you can create a pass with Disney Magic Mobile Service. This will allow you to enter the parks using the pass saved in your iPhone, Apple Watch or Android phone's digital wallet. You can also use these devices to access Lightning Lane entrances with the purchase of Lighting Lane Passes.

Kristin, if I've misunderstood your question please feel free to come back and write us again. We're always here to help at planDisney.

    Magic and memories,
    Amy
