I’m logged in but every time I go to make a theme park reservation on My Plans or directly the page goes to a new app info. On that I don’t see anywhere to make a park reservation.

    Hiya Zach,

Welcome back to planDisney! I’m sorry you are experiencing difficulty making a park reservation for your upcoming trip! Let’s see if I can help you get your planning back on track today.

First things first, Zach, I’m not sure why you aren’t able to make a reservation. However, I can walk you through the steps to do so, and if you are still experiencing difficulties, the next right thing would be to reach out to a Cast Member in Tickets and Hotel Reservations to troubleshoot and make reservations. Before that, do me a favor and check that you have linked your Annual Pass or theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. If they are not linked, they will need to be to make reservations. To double-check, scroll down on your screen until you see “My Plans, Reservations and Ticket.” The default is for “Daily Itinerary” to be shown, but click “Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker” beside the “Daily Itinerary” subheader, and all of the tickets assigned and linked to you should appear. If you don’t see your ticket, you will need to link it before proceeding.

Now let’s say that your ticket is linked. On the My Plans page, you should see five circles under the header “Zach’s Plans and Tickets.” The 4th one, that looks like a calendar with the checkmark, is the one you want to click. Once you click it, a box should appear to “Make a Reservation.”  A new webpage should pop up with two options for making a new theme park reservation: “Guests with Tickets or Annual Passes” and “Guests with Tickets or Annual Passes and a Hotel Reservation.” Select the option that applies to you, then follow the on-screen prompts to create and confirm a theme park reservation!

I hope those steps help, Zach, and that you can make a theme park reservation for your trip! If not, try using your My Disney Experience mobile app. In the app, select the third icon at the bottom of the screen (the one that looks like a plus sign in a circle). The second-to-last option that should appear is “Make or Modify Park Reservations.” The next screen after you click that and log in should bring you to the “Make a New Theme Park Reservation” screen! If none of this works, Zach, then definitely reach out to a Cast Member; they can look at your account and figure out what might be amiss and what the best next steps are. If there is anything else you need from us here at planDisney, please come back and see us. We are always here to help.

    Happy Planning,

    Ashley F.
