Samantha, depending on the type of reservation, you may be able to
update or modify your Disney Resort hotel reservation or vacation package after booking, subject to availability and to the
terms and conditions of your reservation. After you've made your reservation, you can view all of your details in the "
My Plans and Tickets" section of the Walt Disney World website. Here, you should also see an option to "Change Reservation," which will open a page and allow you to modify or add Guest information if available. It's important to remember that if you book a vacation package that combines your
hotel room,
theme park tickets, and/or a
dining plan, all Guests on the reservation must be on the same package.
You can also use this process to check for any savings with newly released
special offers. When new deals are announced, availability may be limited at certain Disney Resort hotels, for certain room categories, or for select dates. If your plans are flexible, you may find additional savings by switching resorts, rooms, or your travel dates by just a few days. Before you finalize your reservation changes, you'll be able to view any pricing differences online.
If you don't see the option to modify your plans online or would like additional assistance with your options, you can always
call a Cast Member at Tickets and Hotel Reservations. They'll be able to access your specific reservation details and let you know what options you may have to modify your plans!
