Hi Raquel, and welcome to planDisney! Strolling around World Showcase, while enjoying delicious food and drinks, sounds like the practically perfect way to spend the weekend. So let’s chat about finding allergy-friendly options!
I chatted with a Cast Member to be absolutely sure, but unfortunately, there isn’t a list of the peanut-free drinks in EPCOT. If you look at menus on a specific eatery’s page on the Disney World website or in the
My Disney Experience app, you can scroll to the bottom of the menu to view the allergy-friendly options. You’ll see a Peanut/Tree-Nut Allergy-Friendly section if there’s anything that meets that criteria. If you’re placing a
mobile food order in the app, you’ll also find an Allergy-friendly section. However, I’ve noticed that this is typically limited to food items.
Since offerings and ingredients are always changing, your best option would be to ask a Cast Member at the location you’re interested in drinking at. In some cases, you may see ingredients listed on drink menus in the app, like on the
La Cava del Tequila menu. I’d still recommend checking with a Cast Member, since not all ingredients may be listed, but this could help you narrow down the places to visit. I know this means asking around, but the Cast Members are from all over the world, so it's always fun to chat with them!
As you’re making your way around World Showcase, don’t forget about all of the amazing live entertainment! You can see everything available on the
Rides & Entertainment page on the Disney World website, sorted by EPCOT. And then you can further filter by Live Entertainment, Stage Shows, Streetmosphere, etc. Some of my must-dos are seeing
Voices of Liberty inside the American Adventure Pavilion (also a great place to cool off!), the
Matsuriza drummers in the Japan Pavilion, and
Mariachi Cobre near the Mexico Pavilion.
