Heigh Ho, Heidi!
We're so glad you brought your question to planDisney today. It looks like you're already on-site at The Most Magical Place on Earth, so let's dig into your answer without delay. Ready? It's off to work we go!
It's great that you've purchased
Memory Maker for your visit, as you'll enjoy looking back on all those special photos and videos for years to come. If you were logged into your My Disney Experience account when you made the purchase, it should already be linked to your profile. To confirm,
head to the Walt Disney World Resort website, hover over "My Disney Experience" on the menu header, and click "My Plans and Tickets." Sign in to your account when prompted, then scroll down a bit to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. The details will default to "Daily Itinerary," but you should also see a link for "Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker." Click that link and scroll down to view your Memory Maker Purchases. If you don't see your purchase linked, you can
manually link it on this reservation and purchase linking page.
Once you've confirmed everything is where it needs to be, you can begin "saying cheese" with
Disney PhotoPass photographers around the parks and perfecting your camera-ready pose on
eligible attractions. Photos will begin populating the
Photo Gallery in your My Disney Experience app shortly after capture, so keep an eye out for your Happy, Sleepy, or even Bashful expressions to begin appearing. You may notice watermarks over your images, but don't let that make you Grumpy. These will be removed once you activate your Memory Maker purchase. My pal Elaine shares some
how-to tips on that here.
As you view your photos, you'll notice a toggle button to "Include Family & Friends" at the top of your gallery. Be sure this is turned on, and you'll be able to
view and download photos for up to 25 connected friends, whether they're miners, forest animals, handsome princes, or poison-apple-wielding Evil Queens. Just be sure you're all connected via the Family & Friends list, and that your friends
enable photo sharing with you so you can view their images. Keep in mind that you can't link your Memory Maker purchase to the rest of the group's profiles, but you can download and share images on their behalf. Photos will appear watermarked on your friends' accounts unless they have also purchased Memory Maker.
I hope this clears up any confusion, Heidi. If we can answer any additional questions, please come right back to planDisney and let us know. Wishing you a vacation that's fairest of them all!
Magic and memories,
Amy
