    My husband is linked to our account on the app but unable to make reservations for our full stay. We hit our 60 day mark this morning and I can see our full stay to make dining reservations but he cannot. How can we fix this?

    Hey there, Bridget! Welcome to planDisney.

    I'm so excited to hear that you're only a couple of months away from your vacation at Walt Disney World Resort! With so much to see and do, you're sure to find magic around every corner. But oh, bother – I'm sorry to hear that your husband is having difficulty seeing the full length of your trip to make advance dining reservations. I'd love to help!

    Bridget, my first tip would be to log out of his account, then log back in. I know that sounds simple, but that can sometimes help the system to reset and "see" that your husband has a trip coming up. I'd also suggest trying both the My Disney Experience app as well as on a computer browser. While there are several recommended browsers, I have the best experience using Google Chrome. When all else fails, my best recommendation would be to reach out to a friendly Cast Member. They'll be happy to take a peek at his account and make sure everything is good to go from a technical standpoint!

    Until then, I hope you have been able to make your advance dining reservations through your account! If you weren't able to find everything you were hoping for today, be sure that you continue to check back as your trip gets closer. As Guests' plans can sometimes shift and change, you might find more availability right before your trip – even a day before or the morning of your desired date! You might also find success with various reservation finders online. 

    Before you arrive, take some time to explore the My Disney Experience app to prepare for your trip! During your vacation, you'll be able to check wait times for attractions, access virtual queues, and (my favorite!) mobile order food. This is the best way to minimize waits and maximize fun, in my opinion! And of course, please write to us again if you have any other planning questions. We're here to help!
