Hey Christina, and welcome back to planDisney. When I start planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation one of the things I am most excited about is which
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel we are going to stay.
As they say, location, location, location for real estate, and the Walt Disney World
Deluxe Resorts and
Villas are the only ones that are walkable to the theme parks, however, there is one
Moderate Resort hotel that provides easy transportation to at least two theme parks.
Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is connected to the
Disney Skyliner, which gives you access to both Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. To get to Magic Kingdom Park and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park you will need to take a car or the
Walt Disney World Bus Service.
As I mentioned before, the Deluxe Resorts, while more expensive, provide easy access by walking depending on the area. Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts, as well as, Disney's BoardWalk Inn are a 15-25 minute walk or
watercraft ride to Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. Magic Kingdom Park is walkable from Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
planDisney Pro Tip: You may also look at the Walt Disney World
Swan and
Dolphin Resorts. These hotels are not owned by Disney but they are positioned nicely to walk to Disney's Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. They have their own bus transportation to Magic Kingdom Park and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
Christina, you can never plan too early for a trip to the "Place Where Dreams Come True." Please stop by planDisney for more Disney vacation tips and feel free to

Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
