Hi Tamra, and welcome back to planDisney. November is right around the corner and I know you are excited to see Mickey and the rest of the Fab Five. You are visiting just before the Thanksgiving holiday which means you should see lower crowd levels giving you more time to experience the magic.
This is a really tough question because it is a personal preference. However, here is what l would do with only three days and I would not purchase a Base Ticket with the
Park Hopper Option.
On the day you are going to attend
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, I think that you should spend the morning at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park. If you are staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel you can take advantage of
Early Theme Park Entry for Disney Resort Hotel Guests. The other two days you can divide up between EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. You will not need a park hopper to go from Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park to Magic Kingdom Park, because the
Special Event party ticket is a separate entry. You will be able to enter Magic Kingdom Park at 4:00 PM and enjoy the attractions until the party ends at midnight.
planDisney Pro Tip: If you want to maximize the amount of time you are spending in each theme park then do not make
Table Service dining reservations. Those experiences take about an hour and really eat (pun intended) into your theme park attraction time. Take a look at the
quick service and counter service restaurants and decide which ones you want to eat at before you go.
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering is available at many of them and it will save you tons of time.
Tamra, your great big beautiful tomorrow is going to be shining soon. Please stop by planDisney for more Disney vacation planning tips and feel free to
write me back directly with any follow-up questions.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories.
