I'm sorry your technology is giving you the fits. Stitch must be gumming up the works. Let's see if we can't get to the bottom of your problem.
I have a couple of suggestions that hopefully might help you out, so you can enjoy using the tools available on the
Disneyland mobile app when you arrive for your upcoming visit. First, check your login credentials. Make sure you're using the right username and password for the MyDisney account you're trying to access. It doesn't sound like that's the problem, but it's worth a try! If there is a problem with your credentials, reset the password if you've forgotten the current one.
Next, I'd try updating the app. If it's fully updated, make sure your mobile device also has the most updated operating system. Sometimes you just need an update. If everything is updated, try to uninstall and reinstall the app on your mobile device. If something went wonky with the app, a reinstall might straighten it out.

App & Online Support phone line. They'll be happy to assist you in whatever way they can.
Once you're got the app ready to go, you can use it to scan into the parks and Lightning Lane Entrances with
Lightning Lane Multi Pass, mobile order food and beverages, check wait times, and more! Play around in the app ahead of your park day to familiarize yourself with all the helpful tools on the app. It'll make for a smoother day.
