"Our tour begins here" at my all-time favorite attraction at the
Disneyland Resort - Haunted Mansion! As you know,
Haunted Mansion has completed “a disquieting metamorphosis” and reopened its doors.
Haunted Mansion Holiday requires Guests to join a
Virtual Queue through the
Disneyland Mobile App at 7:00 AM PST or 12:00 PM PST (times subject to change). Once you have joined the queue, you will receive a boarding group number and estimated return window. Guests will get a notification on the app that their boarding group has been called, and will have one hour after their boarding group is called to join the other happy haunts, board a doom buggy, and explore the eerie mansion!
I’m glad you’ve already made arrangements to utilize the
Disability Access Service (DAS) program for Guests who cannot stand in a traditional standby queue for extended periods.
My planDisney pal Courtney recommends that Guests who will use DAS services first join the virtual queue (only one boarding group per Guest per day. Subject to availability) and get a boarding group. When your boarding group number is called, find a Cast Member at the attraction entrance and let them know you are in a boarding group and are also using DAS. They’ll give you further instructions and point you in the right direction! Then you can join Jack Skellington and pals as they steal Christmas!
