Hello I am 7 months pregnant and I will be going to Disney for my very first time and I would like to know if pregnant woman have any special perks ?

Hello there!  Welcome to planDisney, and congratulations!

How exciting that this will not only be your first visit, but you also have a little Mouseketeer on the way!  There are not any special offers & discounts for Guests who are expecting, but you can still have a wonderful time at the "Happiest Place on Earth."  You definitely should stop by City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. or Guest Services at Disney California Adventure Park to pickup your complimentary "First Visit" button!

There are plenty of attractions that you can still enjoy while pregnant, and the Disneyland app will be a great resource during your trip.  Open up the Disneyland app, and tap the location icon in the bottom navigation bar.  Then tap "Filter," and scroll down to "Physical Consideration" and tap "Expectant Mothers Advisory" and then tap "Apply."  This will now show you the list of attractions that are not recommended for expectant mothers.  You can always ask a helpful Cast Member at the attraction if you have any further questions.

Whether or not you have other little Mouseketeers visiting with you, the Baby Care Centers are also available for expectant mothers, and there is one located in each theme park.  The Baby Care Centers are a great place to escape the heat, relax, and get off of your feet in a cool, calm environment.  If you do have another child with you, it's the best place to change a diaper, take a break, and use the toddler-sized toilets, they're such a great place for families.

You'll definitely want to make sure you're staying hydrated during your trip, so I recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to keep filled throughout the day.  You can always ask for a cup of ice water at any quick service dining location, and there are water refilling stations found throughout the entire Disneyland Resort.  I also highly encourage you to take breaks when needed, and just enjoy the sights and sounds of the parks while you take a rest!

I hope this information is helpful for your upcoming trip!  Please come back to planDisney if we can help answer any other questions.

    Have a magical day!
    Melissa
