planDisney. What a great way to make a trip to the
Disneyland Resort even more special. Bring a friend! I’m sure your daughter had a blast. There is nothing better than going to your favorite place with your favorite people. It’s also very generous of you to gift a couple of extra days.
Linking the ticket to another account is a cinch if you know where to go. That’s what planDisney is for! The
Disneyland Mobile App lets you link the same ticket or pass to multiple accounts. The ticket, however, is linked to one person and one person only. I’m sure that when she scanned in at the park for the first time, a picture was taken. That ensures that she is the only person who can scan in with that ticket in the future.
Go to your Disneyland Mobile App, press the (☰) in the bottom-right corner, then “Tickets & Passes,” and find the ticket that your daughter’s friend used. Sometimes people add names to the tickets, and sometimes they don’t, so if you didn’t add a name, really be sure it’s the correct ticket number she used. Type that long number under the barcode into a text message to your daughter’s friend. Then she should open her app, press the (☰) in the bottom-right corner, and select “Tickets & Passes.” There is a blue (+) in the top-right corner, and when you press it, a button that says “Link Tickets & Passes” pops up. Press that, then “Type ID,” and paste that ticket ID number that you texted her. Boom! Done. The ticket will appear in her app, and she should be able to
make reservations for that ticket and scan in when she plans her next trip!
Do you all have two more trips as well? Just a reminder, multi-day tickets purchased through
Disneyland.com or the Disneyland app must be used within 13 days, so make sure your daughter’s friend schedules her dates as soon as possible. Another trip is just what she needs, because the summer months at the Disneyland Resort are amazing! The parks are now staying open late,

Paint the Night, and
Fantasmic! are playing nightly, and the weather is still really mild. Hurry back!
