planDisney! I see you’re having trouble upgrading your tickets to park hoppers, and you’re arriving tomorrow! Let’s see what we can do.
Since you’re arriving tomorrow, I’m going to give you the short answer - make sure to use the website, not the app, for the upgrade, and if it still doesn’t work, call the ticket line right away. I’ve heard that the website handles these types of transactions better than the app. Go to
disneyland.disney.go.com and log in. Hover over “My Disneyland” and click “My. Plans.” If the ticket is eligible to be changed to a park hopper, there should be a button labeled “Change Ticket.” It should walk you through the steps. If you cannot do all the tickets at the same time, I would stop and call.
When you
call the ticket line, you’ll be able to speak to a friendly cast member to change all your tickets to park hoppers, if that type of ticket is available.
