Hi Perry, and thanks for visiting us at planDisney! You’re in for a magical day tomorrow, filled with new rides, restaurants, and shows! So let’s chat about some of my must-dos at EPCOT.
If you love thrill rides, you won’t want to miss
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. While I’m not a coaster person, it has quickly become my friends and family’s favorite attraction in all of Disney World! Since it’s so popular, we usually head there right when the park opens or buy Lightning Lane Single Pass (that’s currently sold out for tomorrow, but keep an eye on the My Disney Experience app because I’ve sometimes seen additional availability drop during the day).
Lightning Lane Passes let you skip the standby line for a shorter wait.
Speaking of fast rides, you may remember zooming around on
Test Track the last time you were at EPCOT. This attraction was recently redone and features a new adventure through technological advances in mobility. The new lightning effects and music are really cool!
There are also a couple of other rides that are more my speed, and opened after your last visit—
Frozen Ever After, which takes you through Anna and Elsa’s story, and
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, where you shrink down to the size of a rat to scurry around with Chef Remy! It uses trackless ride technology, and every ride can take you on a slightly different path.
I’m also personally looking forward to checking out a new version of Soarin’ that I haven’t seen yet.
Soarin’ Across America recently debuted to celebrate the country’s 250th birthday!
Now, it’s going to be a hot day tomorrow, so when you’re ready to cool off, head to
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana. It’s a lush exploration trail that features fun interactive water features.
Since you’re spending a whole day at EPCOT, I usually recommend making a mid-day reservation at one of the restaurants. One of my favorite dining experiences is
Space 220. You’ll board a special elevator on your way to dine among the stars. It’s such a unique meal and really feels like you’re inside a space station!
Another fun spot is
GEO-82, which is an adults-only lounge with luxe vibes and an amazing cocktail menu. The small plates are also great, and the Funghi Flatbread is one of my favorites!
And finally, the nighttime spectacular
Luminous: The Symphony of Us is the practically perfect way to end your day at EPCOT. It takes place in World Showcase Lagoon, so there are plenty of spots around the water to watch the show.
One last tip before I go. Be sure to download the My Disney Experience app if you haven’t already. You can use it to buy Lightning Lane Passes, navigate the park, mobile order food, and check show times.
I hope that you have the most magical day at EPCOT tomorrow! And if you have any other questions, you’re always welcome back at planDisney.
