Hey there Karla,
Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for your question! Congratulations on your complimentary tickets - that's so fun!
Typically, the Disneyland Resort offers standard
theme park tickets (marked as "Ages 10+") and children's tickets (marked as "Ages 3-9"). Therefore, from my experience, complimentary tickets marked as "3+" would mean that they can be used by adults or children, and then one of the tickets is specifically for an adult since
Guests under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a Guest age 14 years of age or older. Additionally, the Disneyland Resort offers complimentary entry to Guests under the age of 3 with an accompanying adult.
Keep in mind that even with complimentary tickets, you will still need to make your
theme park reservations for each day you plan to visit. My preferred method of making or managing reservations is through the
My Plans hub. If you have any specific questions about the tickets you received or run into any issues setting up your theme park reservations then you can
reach out to a Cast Member at the Tickets line who can help you with the specific details of your situation.
Thanks again for your question, Karla, and enjoy your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort!
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
