I am Floridz resident that want to bring non florida resident grand kids age 11 and 6 with me to Disney. Would they be able to enter with me with resident tickets ?

    Hey there, Regina!

I’m so happy to welcome you to planDisney, and I’m glad you brought your question our way! A trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth is always exciting, but getting to experience it with your grandchildren makes it even more special. I’m sure you’re going to make so many wonderful memories together that you’ll be talking about for years to come!

Florida Residents certainly have some pretty great perks when it comes to visiting Walt Disney World! When it comes to Florida Resident tickets, though, there is one important thing to keep in mind: these tickets can only be used by eligible Florida Residents. So, even though you’re a Florida Resident, your grandchildren would need to be Florida Residents as well to take advantage of those tickets.

I know that may not be the news you were hoping for, but don’t worry! There are still a few other ways we may be able to help you save on your theme park tickets.

Disney regularly releases special offers that can help you save on theme park tickets. For example, there’s currently a 4-Day, 4-Park Magic Ticket starting at $109 per day, plus tax, and it’s valid through September 26, 2026. This ticket gives you one full day at each of the four theme parks, making it a great value!

Since you’re looking at visiting next fall, it’s still a little too early for offers for your trip to be announced. I’d recommend bookmarking the Special Offers page on the Walt Disney World website and checking back as your trip gets closer. That way, you’ll be ready to take advantage of any new ticket offers that may help you save!

Regina, I hope this helps as you continue planning your magical visit with your grandchildren! If any other questions come up along the way, please know you’re always welcome to stop by planDisney.

    Happy Planning,

    Kami
