Hi Stephanie,
Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for swinging by with your question. It sounds like you're planning an unforgettable visit to
Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm thrilled to help you make the most of your magical adventure.
With a 1 Park Per Day ticket, you’ll be able to enjoy all the excitement Disney's Hollywood Studios has to offer. But Hakuna Matata, I’ve got some fantastic options for catching the firework show,
Happily Ever After, without needing a
Magic Kingdom Park ticket.
Consider making a dining reservation at
Disney's Contemporary Resort’s
California Grill. Time your reservation for around when
Happily Ever After begins, and you’ll have access to the restaurant’s breathtaking rooftop balcony. If you can’t snag a reservation, no worries! Try walking into the California Grill Lounge, it’s first come, first served, and still grants access to the balcony for the show. The music is even piped in for the full magical experience! If that doesn’t work out,
Steakhouse 71 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is another great choice. Enjoy a delicious meal or drink and then head to the 4th-floor balcony to watch the fireworks light up the sky.
Over at
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa,
Narcoossee’s offers a spectacular view of the fireworks right from your dining table, with music piped into the restaurant. Prefer some fresh air? Step out onto the dock for a peaceful view of the show while enjoying the gentle breeze off Seven Seas Lagoon.
And for my personal favorite, head to
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Grab a cocktail from
Trader Sam’s Tiki Terrace or a refreshing DOLE Whip from
Pineapple Lanai, then find a cozy Adirondack chair on the beaches of Seven Seas Lagoon. The view from here is absolutely magical and provides a relaxed setting to take in the fireworks.
I hope this helps answer your question, Stephanie! If you have any more questions as you plan your visit, please
feel free to reach out again.
See you real soon!
