We have general admission tickets for magic kingdom during the Not-So-Spooky Halloween and were wondering if there will be normal fireworks that night that we could watch or will we have to leave before the party starts?

    Hello, Cody!

You are in for a real treat visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during autumn! The decorations are fabulous, the crowds can sometimes be a bit lighter and hooray for not-so-scorching temperatures. It's a wonderful time for a vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth.

On the nights when Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will be taking place at Magic Kingdom Park, Guests who do not have party tickets will be required to exit the park at 6:00 PM. At this time, they begin checking for the wristbands that party Guests are given and directing all others to the front of the park to leave. Unfortunately, there are no fireworks until Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular that takes place during the party.

Since you will not be attending the special event, I suggest taking the monorail to check out the Disney Resort Hotels on the monorail loop. If you end up over at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, I suggest dinner at Kona Cafe and a sweet DOLE Whip® from Pineapple Lanai. My family likes to take our dessert over to the beach and watch the Magic Kingdom Fireworks with our toes in the sand. Typically they take place at 10:00 PM during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

Have a wonderful vacation, Cody! If there is anything else we are able to help you with, please come see us again soon!

    Magical Wishes,

    Lauren
