Hi Yvonne!
Welcome to planDisney!
To learn about the pricing for a VIP Tour, you’ll want to call the number listed on the
Disney Private VIP Tours page of Disney World’s website. You can find the phone number under the section titled Pricing and Reservations.
I’ve found that, when calling that number, the Cast Members are super helpful! They’ll be glad to give you the specific pricing and availability for that date, as well as any other important information you need to know.
Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance, and it looks like you’re within that window! So, I recommend calling as soon as you can, as VIP tours are subject to availability.
Once your tour is booked, it’s time to plan out all of the fun stuff! The VIP Tour includes pre-arrival planning, so the Cast Members will go over all of your options with you. It’s good to note that you will need to
purchase your park tickets separately (if you haven't already). And if you plan to visit more than one park during your VIP Tour, you’ll need a valid
park hopper ticket linked to each Guest’s account.
If there doesn’t happen to be any availability for a VIP Tour during your trip, I recommend looking into
Lightning Lane Premier Pass. Although it can only be used at one park, it allows you to enter every available Lightning Lane in the park once throughout the day, whenever you want! So, in my opinion, it’s the next best thing after a VIP Tour.
You can book Lightning Lane services up to 7 days in advance if you’re staying at a
Disney World resort or select good neighbor hotel. If you’re staying off property, you can book up to 3 days in advance.
I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions!
